aXichem AB (publ), (aXichem), a developer of industrial feed and supplement ingredients, announces that the board of directors, in its annual revision of the company's communication policy, has decided that from now on aXichem shall not publish any financial forecasts or forecast-like targets.

“aXichem is in a growth phase, which can mean large fluctuations in sales between reporting periods. Our assessment is therefore that we can more effectively communicate aXichem's commercial development by, in addition to the accounting in the company's financial reports, continuously informing about the exciting development we see regarding the interest in the company's product offering as an ingredient in dietary supplements and as an additive in animal feed. The board's decision means that the company's total sales are presented in the quarterly reports and previously communicated sales targets will not be commented on,” says Jan Gustavsson, chairman of the board of aXichem.

This information is such that aXichem is obliged to make public according to the EU's market abuse regulation (EU no. 596/2014). The information was submitted, through the provision of the specified contact person, for publication on 27 August 2024, 08:15 AM CET.
